3. A physical return of all items in the requested condition. Returns must be sent in the original condition, including the original product packaging (not the shipping bag), if applicable.

Shipping costs paid (return label paid) by Bastion are provided as proof of damage/defect within 10 days from date of shipment. Evidence is accepted in the form of clear photographs or a short video sent to us at orders@ documenting the problem.
IMPORTANT: If you receive a faulty item DO NOT disassemble or modify in any way to fix the problem as this will void any possibility of return for refund, exchange or replacement.
KNIFE-SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS: Bastion knives do not include any warranties. Disassembling the knife to clean, modify, or alter in any way for personal preference voids any ability to request returns for refund, exchange, or replacement.
